Located in Nad Al Sheba, this villa was designed with a focus on calm living, clean detailing, and tailored craftsmanship. Soft neutral tones, warm wood finishes, integrated joinery, and subtle lighting come together to create a refined and welcoming home environment.
The challenge
Deliver a cohesive villa narrative across corridors, lounges, and private rooms — many bespoke planes and niches — without visual clutter or competing focal walls.
Our approach
We repeated black trim lines, limited the stone palette to two heroes, and used lighting to sequence views: arrival panelling first, then media wall, then intimate dressing and prayer moments.
Villa interior — calm luxury
A Nad Al Sheba residence built around tailored joinery: flush doors and grid-panelled corridors, a statement media wall in timber and veined stone, and layered lighting from coves to integrated shelf LEDs.
Rooms
- Formal lounge and secondary sitting with herringbone oak and curated loose furniture
- Primary suite with upholstered headboard wall and dressing vanity
- Wet rooms in book-matched stone with floating timber vanities
- Cultural focal — illuminated arch niche integrated with study joinery
Quiet material contrast: warm wood, soft plaster, and stone — held together with black metal reveals.
