Responsibilities:
Actively seeking potential business partnerships and investment opportunities, focusing on commercial projects such as offices, retail spaces, banks, and restaurants.
Evaluate market strategies, analyze options, and prioritize internal objectives to screen potential business deals.
Represent the company by attending events and participating in forums to promote services and projects.
Facilitate the closure of new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning them with operational needs.
Register and prequalify the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, and leasing agents.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure payment security and follow up on project sales receivables.
Ensure payment realization is aligned with the company’s objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the interior design, build, and fit-out industry in the UAE.

Strong network and connections within the industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation.

High energy level and motivation for sales.

Proven expertise and comprehensive knowledge in fit-out, design, turnkey, and acoustic projects.

Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within client organizations.

Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as outlined in the business plan.

Skillful negotiation and successful closure of commercial agreements.

Manage client expectations by coordinating with internal departments and providing project updates.

Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, whether technical or non-technical, to staff members and customers.

Establish and nurture sustainable, long-term business relationships.
