Founder & Managing Director, Joy has a long stint of five decades in the construction industry and also in the development, mass production & distribution of specialized construction products in India and U.A.E.
Joy moved to the UAE in 2002 and established Ideal Special Products in Ajman Free Zone,(www.idealfirestop.ae ) manufacturing high performance Fire & Acoustic doors which are accepted by concerned authorities in the UAE and other GCC countries.
With more than two decades of experience in running a full fledged joinery unit, the group has expanded with a division for Interior Design & Fit Outs, led by an able senior management team of the Ideal Group, including its second generation mantle holders, Antony & his wife Ritu. The division shall offer high end & turn key Interior Design solutions in the region.
